« Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart. »

« Amber, at the Reception Desk was so nice and helpful. She told me where close restaurants were and that was just what I needed after a long drive. My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late. The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard. The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my...

« Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear. »

« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. »

« Une nuit. Bon état général. On peut le recommander. Seul point négatif: Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, considérant qu'avoir du café et une pâtisserie sous blister ne peut s'appeler "petit déjeuner", mais seulement "Café". »

« Breakfast was good, egg scramble was delicious! The grounds are immaculate, we kept taking pictures of all the beautiful flowers. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed. »

« Clean room and comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast. Good location. Only issue with stay was after coming down for breakfast, elevator was down for maintenance without any notice. My 91 year old parents had to do the stairs back up to the room and then down. I did a number of trips to bring down our belongings. Staff did offer to help but more notice should have been give and signs on all floors that elevator was down. »
