'Great rooms, clean and quiet. Good breakfast too.'

'Room was great, balcony with view of the sea and ferries coming and going. King bed comfortable, room clean and maintained. The breakfast was less than mediocre, many people staying, only one waffle maker so long que waiting to use, several folks in the dining area and almost everything was depleted both mornings we were there. Hotel needs to step up their breakfast esp since 2 nights lodging was $450.'

'The breakfast was not good. Brown mushy bananas, ran out of yogurt, eggs were out of a carton, white and brown bread and a couple kinds of bagels.......I had much better hotel breakfasts.'

'The laminate flooring was not fastened down. The ends stuck up and we kept tripping on them. A plug in by the bed had no cover and live wires stuck out next to a metal bed. The hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast consisted of two types of bread, a toaster, cold cereal, milk that ran out after a short time and wasn’t replaced, coffee and weak juice. Parking was along the street and not level. The plug in the sink would not stay in place and was very slimy. The staff was nice.'

'The hotel is starting to show its age. We received a very large room for a very low price. However, the sheets and towels were kind of dirty. When we arrived the water wasn't running, but it was fixed quickly. The adjacent road was very loud with traffic. Not sure about the safety of the area.'

'Nice clean and cozy room. Bed was very comfortable and hardwood floors, which is key. Room is small, not a lot of extra space for two people to splay out, but it was what we needed for a short stay. Microwave and mini fridge in the room which is always nice to have. Staff was very friendly when we were checking in.'

'This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." The charges did not "fall off" and it has required me to go through a lengthy process to get...
