De kamers zijn prachtig, het uitzicht adembenemend & het personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Gratis water op de kamer & aan het zwembad. Lekker ontbijt, leuke poolbar. De ligging is ook goed! Tgo Emirates Palace en vlakbij uitstekende restaurants.
De mindere kantjes: vanaf 15u30 (in december) verdwijnt de zon achter een gebouw. Er is veel geluidshinder aan het zwembad door de nieuwbouw aan de overkant en vooral de installatie (compressor?) aan de kant van de Etihad Towers. Het is lang wachten op je...

Everything was perfect ! it’s a real signature palace. starting from the reception, to the breakfast staff, pools staff, and the greatest one : the Falcon guy ! an Amazing person.
The woman who is making the crepes in the morning was always smiling. She is a wonderful person that makes your day better than ever.
The staff from the pool is always helping you when you need them, for towels, water,..
