'De cottage van Catriona is fantastisch! Alles is aanwezig, het is zeer ruim, netjes en schoon en het ligt geweldig. Je hebt alle vrijheid en het uitzicht is fabuleus. We hebben genoten en zelfs gezwommen in het meer, 3 minuten lopen, onderaan de oprit. Het is erg rustig en er komt weinig verkeer langs. Catriona is bijzonder vriendelijk en helpt aan alle kanten. Ze heeft een overzichtelijk A4-tje met activiteiten in de buurt in het huis gelegd. E-lader voor de auto was erg handig. Een verblijf...

'Excellent, clean, modern and well-appointed flat. Lovely views and convenient to Oban and the isles. The flat is so lovely decorated and completely updated. Free parking and a lift made luggage transfer a breeze. Would definitely stay again! '

'Das Haus in Connell liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt ruhig, in direkte Nähe liegt ein schönes Pub und Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.'

'Upon arrival at the gates, a herd of deer greeted us. The cottage, the appointments, the location, the tranquility did not disappoint. As birdwatchers, we enjoyed morning walks with various birdsongs. We would definitely return.'

'Fantastic place. Would highly recommend staying here. Cosy, clean and all the facilities you need. So if want to cook Dave and Co. have put a lot of thought into making it a home from home. Everything you need is there. If cooking is not for you there's always the microwave! Or you could visit the island's Gealic Heritage centre. Great food. We walked to it.... superb walk taking in the flora and fauna. So peaceful. Good that there is good WiFi... Unfortunately we all seem to want to be...

'lovely location, some of the kitchen items could have been of a better quality but did not deflect from the stay.The weather was not kind to us so unable to take full advantage of the walks around the area but enjoyed watching the wild life while in the dry and warmth.Correspondence was excellent right up to the day we arrived.'

"Echt een ongelooflijk slecht bed. Kamer was vrij klein door het schuine dak. Ontbijt was slecht. Kom er echt nooit meer en raad het af"

"De service van het personeel is prima, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden incl diner en hebben beide keren heerlijk gegeten. Het bed was goed maar erg smal. Helaas heeft het hotel te weinig eigen parkeerplekken waardoor je verder op moet parkeren. Het is een oud verwaarloosd gebouw met scheve vloeren verrotte kozijnen, geen goede afzuiging of airco. Wel heeft het sfeer en een geweldig uitzicht!"

"Lokatie was top. Om de hoek van treinstation en alle restaurants, winkels enz Hotel word beetje gerenoveerd. Hotel is gevestigd boven een pub maar dat is niet hinderlijk en geeft sfeer. De badkamer was niet echt top en de lampen op de nachttkastjes (met opberg ruimte) deden het niet. Onze nieuwe dure wereldstekker heeft het begeven. Waren 7 stopkontakten. Het bed lag goed en was lekker breed, netjes en schoon. Kamer grootte was net aan goed en beschiktte over een tv. De tv stond op een 3 ladenkastje. Aan de deur hingen hangers om je jas op te hangen. Sleutel overdracht ging in de pub aan de bar. Met vriendelijke toegangsdeur instruktie voor het hotel uitleg. De twee bovenste trappen in het pand zijn erg mooi. "
