'Hotel looks Nice and has modern look and feel at the lobby and reception. The room itself looked a bit older the same for the bathroom and the dirty showerhead. The check-in employee was not that friendly, but during check out we had a positive and friendly employee.'

'This time I booked the Courtyard by Marriott just for my wife, 3 year old son and my mother in law. I choose the Courtyard because they always treat the guest very well, the rooms are very clean, the people who work there very friendly and the breakfast is the best there is! My family enjoyed it a lot and next time we are in San Jose I will definitely go back here!'

'The staff is excellent specially Alfonso and Alberto. Good location. The management is very attention to detail; at night they give you a lavender sachet in the day they give you complimentary Nestcafe coffee machine access. The food at the restaurant is delicious at a gourmet level with a fare price. They also have live DJ at the bar. I loved everything about this hotel!'

'Beautiful property, nicely decorated. The room was very spacious, clean and a very nice bathroom with hottub and shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location near the mall was perfect for my first days in Costa Rica.'
