« Beautiful Stay A Beautiful view with our balcony. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel. Delicious food and the chef is very attentive to your needs as we donât eat very spicy. Buffet breakfast had everything you could want. A must visit.

« The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious.
The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant.
Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant.
The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant.

« This was our repeat stay in Werzler. First time in the chalet and this time in the room. The resort is well maintained with attention to detail and excellent service. The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. « This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel.
Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service.
The property is also not properly maintained, already worn down, and poorly fusnirshed and decorated. It also feels like everything is dirty.
