'This apartment is pretty cool. We (one adult, two teen boys) stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed linens were cozy, and all the essentials (and plenty of non-essentials) were there. 'Beautiful apartment, clean, new, and location, location, location! This home is located in the woods and is a birders dream! Private and peaceful. You don’t even need to leave the property to see more rare birds because this place is in their habitat and the rare birds are on this property all around you. On the property in the owners woods (which has many trails) I saw common yellowthroats, American redstarts, orioles, warblers, the best was a cerulean warbler) vireos, towhees, indigo...

'We stayed for two nights to break up our drive to a nearby train site. It is very spacious inside. Very clean and well taken care of. The hosts provided us with milk, eggs, cereal, bananas, and cinnamon rolls. It was a nice surprise. You can hear the foot traffic above as stated in the listing, nothing overly loud. 'All you need to know is that it's our third stay here, and Jennifer only opened this Vrbo less than a year ago. The location is great, the apartment is great, the bed is comfortable. Note: there is no microwave but there is an oven, please plan accordingly. The water pressure is surprisingly light being near the water tower - if that bothers you just be aware of it.'
