'Was coming in later than I wanted to because of my shift . So when I got to the hotel to check in they were pulling down the metal shade at the front desk . I got up stairs and opened the door I had 2 beds tried to call let them know I should have a king bed no answer. So just tried to lay down had to work the next morning . Then I started smelling weed smoke . I tried calling the desk and came down the metal shade was down . Others were trying to get someone on the phone as well with no help ....

'Twee dagen van de drie geen ontbijt gehad omdat alles leeg was om 8:45 uur, terwijl het ontbijt tot 10:00 uur zou zijn. De assistent manager achter de receptie was mega arrogant en zei dat het haar verantwoordelijkheid niet was. Totaal geen excuses of niks. Zijn verplicht buiten de deur gaan ontbijten. Ronduit belachelijk!'

'This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean and updated. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a slow drain issue and the front desk staff was very helpful with immediately responding to the problem. The staff appears to be trained in multiple areas to help everything run smoothly. The bed was extremely comfortable. I couldn’t feel my husband get in and out the bed. I slept well with no backache in the morning.'
