'Very well designed hotel room with smart features for a traveller, like universal power plugs. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The mattress is a bit on the short side though (180cm), so not ideal for taller people. The mattress is also very hard, so that's something to keep in mind. They also offer you to order breakfast from a famous breakfast place, which is deliver3d to the hotel between 07:30 and 08:30, so you don't have to wait in a queue for over an hour. Beds are very comfortable what helped us to change out time zone. You can hear people talking outside of room if they pass, but not many would pass our room. 'Very convinient situated, this is a hostel with a lot of privacy! The capsules are quite big, you even have space to put some stuff in your capusule. You can close curtain for privacy, only downsite about that is that it can get quite warm because the airco can’t reach the capsule anymore. Staff is very helpfull and are willing to help. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. 2 min walk from Taipei main station.'
