'We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.'

'Nasty. The room they gave me didn't have a working tv and the room didn't have heat, so i decided not to stay. I wanted my money back. Some how they scammed me. They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible '

'We had a great stay at Jungle House Designer Residences. The house was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with three levels that gave us plenty of room. The two-car garage was a huge plus, especially during the winter months. The home is also centrally located, which made getting around very convenient.

'I mostly booked this hotel because I heard it had free Tesla chargers. It did have two Tesla chargers and then also two other EV chargers. They worked fine they are all the way around the back of the building so you really have to kind of look for them. '

'I stayed here for a short night after attending a sports event. Incredibly disappointed to be honest. I would like to first say the staff was excellent and responsive to my needs and assisting with the issues. Staff was great again.
The walls here are paper freaking thin. I mean every single word that comes out of your “neighbors” mouth is heard. The pool area is disgusting it REEKS like cigarettes. Towels at this location are super old and raggedy.
