'We were excited to come here as it has a nice pool on the roof. Pool was indeed nice and operational, but we could not use it unfortunately since the weather was to bad. That is not a fault of the hotel.
Staff was very friendly and very service oriented and the room looks nice. So far so good.

'I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
The rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were in a terrible condition. The toilets barely flushed, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable.
The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed little interest in assisting guests.
The food was very poor. The menu was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variety and disappointing quality.
In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. It is more comparable to a 2-star...
