« Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back. »

« We had my best friends Bachelorette party here. She wanted a relaxing stay by the water and that's what this was. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to be cozy and hang out. We loved the doc and were able to have our sunrise cruise pull up right to us ! Beautiful sunrises every morning and a nice place to make a meal. It was a great experience and a beautiful relaxing, peaceful time celebrating our friend! »

« My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again! »

« Check in was super easy! Communication was excellent. Everything you could want in the kitchen area is available. Beds were very comfortable! »

« Overall the house is a great location, great layout and gorgeous views. The one issue is the water. The sulfur smell from the well water is pretty harsh. They do mention it and provide a Brita filter but we found it easier to bring bottled water. You can definitely smell and taste the sulfur anytime you are running water at the property (shower, toilet, etc.) »

« We used the property mostly for extra housing for family, so we did not take full advantage of the amenities. The property was nice. We are new to VRBO, so we did not realize that we would need to supply our own towels and linens. There was no a/c, Wi-Fi, or other electronics. This lack did not pose a problem. The days were warm, but the fans cooled off the bedrooms nicely. Overall, we would rent the property again should the family need arise. »

« We visited for a couple of days for a concert with our teenage daughter and her friends. The yard and living area were perfect for our little group. The lake and beach area were within walking distance. The distance to the CMAC was minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »
