'We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. '

'The property was clean but the breakfast was less than average. The selection was minimal and the hot items were not very good. Someone also had dogs with them and they cried for over an hour one day and sounded like they were running into the walls.'

'It’s located right near the stadium that’s why we booked it. It’s walkable which was very nice. It has free breakfast and that was a plus. Valet is mandatory and 48 a day. There’s no where else to park. The street parking is limited to 4 hours. Definitely keep that in mind. It’s right off the highways and the street noise made it hard to sleep. The room was decent and clean. There’s a park next door.'

'Everything was good with the hotel. With the exception, I had a motorcycle trailer and wasn't allowed to park in the parking deck. This information would have been beneficial upon renting the room.'

'The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay.'

'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

'During our July 3, 2026 stay at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our visit. We were unable to access our original room after several failed key attempts and multiple trips to the front desk before being upgraded due to a broken door lock. Unfortunately, the upgraded room’s air conditioning was not working at all. We reported the issue twice, but no maintenance technician responded, and we were later told no one was available after...

'We arrived and checked in quickly. They upgraded our room to have a view of Fountain Square which was nice. The room was clean and the mini fridge was cold. That was a good thing because the ice maker was broken on the 12th floor. We didn’t use the workout room but we DID take advantage of the bar and a HUGE shout out to Dan, the bartender! Super cool, super professional, and has great taste in breakfast joints. He recommended Maplewood Cafe and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Freaking delicious...
