There's a moment when you step off the patio at Four Beach Lovers Unit 2 and realize you're already there. Not a short walk. Not beach access through a parking lot. The Gulf of Mexico is right in front of you — white sand, turquoise water, and nothing between you and the horizon.

Unit 2 faces southwest, directly on the Gulf. Sunsets happen in front of you every evening. Dolphins appear most mornings. The beach here is quiet and uncrowded — the kind of stretch where you can find shells, take a long walk, and not feel like you're sharing it with the entire island.

The 2025 renovation rebuilt everything. Solar powered. New kitchen with full-size appliances, dishwasher, and a wine fridge for chilling something cold before the sun goes down. New bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern fixtures. All new furnishings, linens, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. It feels brand new — because it is.

Four Beach Lovers is a four-unit property. Units 1 and 2 both face the Gulf. Units 3 and 4 offer garden views. Traveling with another couple or a larger family? Rent both Gulf-facing units and stay together while each group keeps their own private space. The tropical landscaping, gazebo with fountain, and old-fashioned porch swings make the grounds feel like a small private resort rather than a rental complex. A shared laundry room is available onsite for all guests.

Holmes Beach is the quieter, more local part of Anna Maria Island. Publix is a couple of blocks away. Walgreens and a small shopping center are nearby. The free island trolley stops close by — explore the full seven miles of AMI without moving your car once you've parked.

Four Beach Lovers Unit 2 requires a one-week minimum stay and includes parking for one car. This property is not pet-friendly.
