Relaxation at beach and pool!

We felt the condo was very roomy yet cozy. The pool was a nice treat after a full day at the beach. Loved the privacy. Very easy walk to the beach. All the items in the Garage helped for an easy trip to the beach. The Bikes were great too

AMI Getaway

Palms Beach West was the perfect choice for our AMI Getaway. The location is ideal (even the steps to the beach were accurate). Quick access to everything we needed around the corner. House was clean, inviting and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. As first-time visitors to the island for vacation, we were pleasantly surprised at how well Palms matched our vibe. Do not hesitate to book this, just not when we plan on returning ;)

Lovely place and great location

Location to the beach was awesome. Pool was nice, could use more umbrellas. Two larger beds were comfortable and good size rooms. The two twin beds were not the best and pretty small. For a child they would be fine but an adult not very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, glasses, plates and silverware and kcup machine. It was hard at first to find the front door, walls are thin to the neighbors unit we could hear everything. Check out was at 10am which made it difficult to clean up finish packing and get all the linens and garbage taken care of.

Pretty much perfect.

Beautiful property in an ideal location 1 block from beach. Private pool and waterfall are a highlight as well and are perfectly maintained. Feels like being at home with kitchen that has everything you need for cooking, beach towels, pool toys, etc. You can walk to Publix, beach stores and several good restaurants In 5 minutes. Can’t think of what I would change. We loved our 3 week stay.

Absolute paradise

My family of 4 had such an amazing vacation at this rental. The pool area was gorgeous and the location was perfect. We were so close to the beach which was just a few minute walk. Also a 5 min. Walk to Publix and cvs. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved it

We loved it, the only problem we found was the dryer was not working - which would not have been a big deal except it was reported on a past review so I presumed it would have been fixed as it was already reported in the past. Management responded promptly when I called which was great, so overall a great stay. Some beach chairs and beach accessories would be nice and I think could be provided for this somewhat pricey place.

Great Beach trip!

The house is maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach, its so close! and the private pool was amazing when it was too hot to be out in the sun because it was perfectly shaded. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils you need, which we used every day. I really liked having the pool off the house so we could watch the kids play and get food ready. A solid choice for anyone with young kids, the property was perfect and we'll be back!

Great house in a fabulous location!

Loved our stay here! Beach is a block away and BEAUTIFUL! Not in the mood for the beach? There's a great private pool in the backyard! The house was lovely, clean, we'll kept, and comfortable. A block from grocery, drug store, liquor store, several restaurants & shops, yet the location is on the quieter end of the island. Loved it!

Great Beach house/needs some sprucing up

This is a great beach house in the best location! It’s great for kids! We stayed here a couple years ago and it did seem a bit run down now though. A few things were broken such as the Keurig, the dryer was barely working and some kitchen utensils and drawers all need to be replaced/fixed. We enjoyed our stay once again, just those few small things for the price point should be better maintained in my opinion.

I wish this place was a secret

Wish this place is a secret because I don't want to share it with other people. The location is amazing, the house was great, the pool was a life-saver for two parents with hard-to-entertain kids. Honestly, this was one of the best vacations we've had thanks to this great home.

Great house, needs some attention.

House needs new beach umbrellas…all were broken and the beach chairs have seen better days. It would be nice to see a rental that has more than one kitchen trash bag, one dishwasher and one laundry detergent pod. We own a vacation rental as well and provide these basic items to our guests. You can tell this house is really rented bc of the excellent location. It could use a deep clean and interior paint job. The couch was unusable our first 48 hours there as it was wet from being steam cleaned….still has many stains.

Wonderful property and cannot wait to be back!

We loved the proximity to the beach, how quick it was on and off the island, the great restaurants that were close, the pool was beautiful, the kitchen was better equipped than any rental we have ever used, the landscaping was spectacular. We took most of our vacation photos in the yard! One of the kitchen chair was broken and had been improperly repaired and the pool was low but the pool was fixed within 12 hour and was still clean and usable even before correction. This was the only reason I could not give 5 stars on cleanliness but the rest was very clean and sanitary. We loved it and are talking about coming back and renting both sides of the duplex for a larger gathering. The back yard can be opened up but you have some privacy once inside.

Great location

This home is nice, although a little small, and in a wonderful location. It’s a 2 min walk to the beach!! Really nicely decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The management company was attentive and resolved the issue of the pool not heating due to leaves falling into the pool and stopping the water flow (the landscape around the pool is beautiful!). A bit of a disappointment when the pool was cold on a Sunday and it’s not a big enough issue to send someone out on a Sunday to fix it- when you are there only for a few days you’d like to take advantage of the pool every day. However, they did send someone out on Monday. Although the house in general was extremely clean I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because the front loading washing machine had been left wet and was disgustingly moldy. Need to make sure the cleaners clean and dry the washing machine before shutting its door. There is a nice storage garage with beach toys, bicycles, chairs, etc. This was a nice surprise and super useful. The house shares a wall with another home and you can hear the neighbors often, not even being loud, just being there, as I am sure they could hear us. Overall a nice property to stay in to enjoy a beach vacation.
