Get your adrenaline pumping at Silver Dollar City amusement park, less than ½ hour north of the home. Downtown Branson is less than 20 minutes away, ready to welcome you with a variety of shopping, delicious dining, live music and entertainment, and an exciting night life. Inside the home, relax in the living room under the vaulted ceilings, an open space as perfect for entertainment as it is for rest and rejuvenation. Plush sofa, loveseat, and armchair seating accompany a cable TV where you can spend your downtime surfing the channels or tuning into a family movie. Let the open floor plan carry you into the bright and airy kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and all the cookware and dining ware needed to achieve your culinary goals. The elegant dining room table can seat 8, with overflow seating at the kitchen counter for 4. Stepping outdoors into the fresh Ozark air on the attached balcony, you’ll find the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail with a side of the immaculate views of the lake and lush surrounding landscape.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• This is a walk-up unit with 16 steps to the front door.

• Seasonal outdoor pools, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib & High Chair are available for guest's use

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
