'The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

'This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!'

'A very good hotel in its category, a bit far away from the main area of shops etc but located in a quiet spot with fantastic views of the mountains and valley below. Very kind service, though no on site restaurant area, so food served in the room only. Had very nice restful two nights stay on the way to the upper Dharamsala McLeod Ganj.'
