The Space:

Step into a meticulously renovated coastal sanctuary. Located on the top floor of the prestigious Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, Villa A313 offers elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean that lower units simply cannot match.

The interior features a seamless blend of modern function and "Lowcountry" charm, with rustic beach LVP hardwoods throughout and a fresh, designer color palette.

Living & Dining: A sun-drenched open-concept area featuring a queen-sized sleeper sofa, flat-screen cable TV, and a dining nook.

Kitchen: A chef’s delight featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave), and a breakfast bar. It is fully stocked with the tools needed for home-cooked meals.

Sleeping Quarters: The master bedroom offers a plush Queen bed and a private TV. In the hallway, we’ve cleverly integrated child-sized bunk beds, making this a favorite for families traveling with little ones.

Balcony: Your private, open-air retreat. Perfect for catching the iconic South Carolina sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee.

Pro-Tip: While we provide a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, we do not stock "cooking basics" like oil, salt, pepper, or chopsticks. Please plan to bring these or visit the nearby grocery store.

Parking: One free parking pass is included. Additional passes are available through security for $35.

Connectivity: We offer free high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, which is a significant upgrade from standard resort internet.

We had a nice stay. We love visiting Hilton Head! We go every year. The kids loved the bunk beds. The only disappointment was at the end of the day when we got back from the beach. We had a real hard time with the internet. I know it’s petty but we could barely stream anything. The smart tv apps on the tv were pretty glitchy and barely worked. The furniture in the Livingroom has definitely seen better days. So much so that you couldn’t really sit on the couch. We seemed to have enough room for our family. But the unit is pretty small. The property overall was pretty nice. Though this property is pretty close to the beach there is still a bit of a walk. Overall, we had a good time just some little things we didn’t like.

Overall Good.

We are a repeat guest HHBT. We stayed in A this time instead of C. The ONLY downfall I would have to say is that there were NO beach necessities. All that was listed online was to make sure to bring your own beach towels. It said nothing about anything else. So that was a bummer. Just be prepared when booking to bring your own beach things!

Great stay for 2 people

We enjoyed our stay at our Top Floor Villa with Ocean View. The condo was very clean and equipped as described in info. We were a bit further from beach and pool than we expected to be. Property grounds were clean and well kept. We had an issue with the television on first evening at condo. Sissy and Scott were very helpful and assisted us as quickly as they were able to do so. The condo is good for a couple, or a family with 2 or less small children. Overall our experience was a great time for a few days away.

Awesome condo, short walk to the ocean and large pool. Only negative, is it is listed to sleep 6. It will sleep six but it would be tight with not much to mobe around. There is only 1 actual bedroom. The bunkbeds are in the hallway and the sleeping area is the pull out couch in the living room. It was great for just me and my husband. Very quiet. Great staff and security is awesome. We ate several meals on site. Owners very quick to reply to questions.check in processvery easy.

Nice Stay!

Overall, we had a nice experience at this rental! The space isn’t huge but it was a good size for 2 people. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. The beach was very pretty and clean. We liked the location - right on the beach and close to most everything you’d want to do on the island. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen to make meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work when we arrived but it was promptly fixed once I let the host know. Our biggest con was the WiFi doesn’t work very well in the bedroom so it was difficult to use our phones in the bedroom and impossible to stream things on the bedroom tv. The WiFi worked well in the living room though. We enjoyed our stay and loved the island overall!

Trip with Wife.

Enjoyed a trip without kids with the wife. The place was as described. It provided everything needed for a stay at the beach. We really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The place was clean, with nice appliances and furniture. It was easy to access the unit on the 3rd floor. It was a very short walk and to access the pool and get to the beach. The pool was very big and nice. We didn’t take advantage of it, but there are a few restaurants that are available for food and drinks on the property. This unit is the perfect size for couples, but there are small bunk beds for kids in the hallway and the couch pulls out into a bed too. I would recommend this place and will look at staying again at some point.

Had a great stay, place was clean and had basic necessities. Beds were comfortable and kids slept well in the bunk beds (ages 9and 11). Loved how close the pool and beach were. handy that beach chairs and cooler bag were provided. Communication was promt and they were easy to work with. Would go here again.

Perfect for two

The property was very clean and as described. Perfect little place for two people but wouldn't recommend for more due to the smallness of the condo. Great view of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. Just walk down the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Great communication from the host. Nicely stocked kitchen. Reasonably priced for 4 days and 3 nights. A great little get away for Valentine's weekend!
