Great property for a large family. We had three generations with plenty of room to enjoy our time together but also take time alone. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Pool toys and the kids playroom was another plus!

Family beach trip with dogs

Love this house for the big gathering rooms (two family rooms, big kitchen) the fenced yard for the dogs, the shady two block walk to the beach, the access to bike trails, and the beautiful private pool and hot tub. It was perfect!

Great place

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean, perfectly set up for my wife and I and our kids and grandkids. 10 of us. Location was as great short walk to beach and all the items for ease were great. Beach carts towels, bbq grill, corn hole boards. Yes there is wear in the house but nothing that effected our stay. Maybe room for one more car? But outstanding. We will be back

Comfortable home.

This home allowed ten of us to spread out and relax. There were a few issues, but maintenance addressed the important ones. Overall, the location is outstanding. We were able to safely walk with young children to the beach. And the pool is much larger than neighboring properties. We would stay here again.

Family-friendly & close to beach!

Two families of 4 stayed here with kids ranging from 3-6. The heated pool was amazing and bigger than most that we noticed in the area. The yard/grass isn't great as its dry a rough, but not a huge deterrent. The house layout is a little funky, but it easily accommodated a few kids rooms and adult rooms (all of which had their own bathrooms). Would be great place to stay with friends and family of all ages. A very short and easy walk to the beach. The house provided two wagons and a large cooler which made mornings/afternoons at the beach easy! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Amazing stay close to the beach!

We loved the property!. The pool was a huge hit for the whole family and with the beach a block away it was easy to have a day at the beach and end up at the pool. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with when needing anything. We would stay here again!

Great neighborhood, house could benefit from some TLC

The location is awesome however, the interior of the property could use some updates and TLC. It made us nervous about what we may be charged for since so many things were broken, scuffed, or stained and it was apparent they hadn’t been appropriately addressed. The house was overall clean upon arrival but did have an odd fishy smell and the upstairs kids loft smells very strongly of urine and pets. The pool was great but with all the trees surrounding the backyard, the water and surrounding area got pretty filled with leaves, sticks, and debris and there wasn’t really anything available to clean with. After the pool tech came (at the very end of our stay, unfortunately) it was much better! Communication with the company and owner was difficult especially at check-in or when we needed the pool heater looked at after over 24 hours of it not working. We waited on hold for several minutes each call only to be transferred to voicemail, which didn’t work well when you’re waiting to get into the house and the code doesn’t work. You can tell the property is managed by a larger company and the communication is automated which feels very impersonal when you actually need something. The best part was the close proximity to the beach and the overall neighborhood - the traffic was minimal and the you felt secluded yet close to things at the same time.

Amazing family and pet friendly home

Amazing property that worked beautifully for our family of several children and adults. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Pool and spa were well maintained and were a great size. Host responded quickly to heat issues with the pool and spa on the same day the issues were reported. The only recommendation for improvement would be to increase the pots and pans and working utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, it was perfect for our family!

Wonderful House

We had such an enjoyable stay in this house. After hurricane Helene did its damage in WNC and we had no power, internet, cell service or even landlines, we needed a place to flee to in order to be able to work and keep our company running. Can’t think of a better place than HHI. The house is roomy, comfortable, clean and laid out perfectly to give everyone space. We cooked a lot of meals in the well-stocked kitchen and grilled too. The pool, the spa and the outdoor area was the perfect place to be after working during the day. The dogs loved the playing ball in backyard and running on the beach too. I’ve stayed in quite a few houses on the island (even owned a few of my own rentals) and I highly recommend this one. We will definitely look to reserve this one again when we need that much space.

Great!

The property was perfect for our large family gathering. Walk to beach was 5 minutes at most. Great location. Fenced in back yard was a huge bonus for our dog. We had a couple of very small problems, the spa wasn’t heating and one bath tub faucet was not working, the management group was very fast to respond and fix our issues. They were also super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property highly!

My first rental ever was amazing!!

The house and property management team is amazing...the pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our time but the beach was truly a 3 min walk. We did rent a golf cart to take to different stores and get food since it is allowed on most of the roads there. I would def rent that again. The only feedback is the driveway is little tight for multiple cars but we made it work and wouldn't change my rating :) Would highly recommend this house

Great house!

Our family loved our stay here! Short walk to beach! Paid to have a service set umbrellas and chairs up for us right as we walked onto the beach. House had nice beach chairs & wagons that weren’t listed to use. Lovely pool! Seemed to be cleaned very well & even smelled clean when we walked in! Comfy beds too!

Great space and location

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Seahorse. The beds were very comfortable and the home was exceptionally clean. All appliances were clean and worked well. They had plenty of linens and towels, and the starter supply of dish/laundry soap and coffee was perfect. Very close to the beach and the heated pool was great. Only wish the hot tub heated better and they left cleaning supplies for the counters for easier clean up, but those were minor items. We would definitely stay there again.

Property location was perfect - so close to the beach and a short drive to shopping & the Island recreation centre. The yard was large so our dog loved it ..... pool & hot tub were excellent and used frequently..... plus they were cleaned twice weekly. Inside the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The home was well equipped with towels and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great for large family and pets getaway

We had an amazing time at Hilton head island. This house was perfect for our extended family reunion. It had everything we needed and close to town and walkable to beaches. It was also a short drive to Savannah. Would recommend this house for a large family getaway.

Fabulous family vacation home!

If I could give this vacation home 10 stars I would! It accommodates everyone of all ages…. My elderly parents because it was a ranch the beautiful pool and hot tub to relax in for everyone to enjoy the large kitchen stocked with every need the bedrooms with 2 rooms having 2 sets of bunk beds… the game room for the kids to escape!!! The location with a 5 minute walk to the beach…. Management was at our doorstep with any need to be fixed in just minutes… I can’t say enough and I’ve been to many vacation homes…. This was fabulous! ❤️
