Dune Lane 127 is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Oceanfront Forest Beach Home on the beautiful island of Hilton Head.

Upon entering the home, the main level of the home gives you direct access to the oceanfront pool and the sunning deck. Tile flooring spans the first level. The master bedroom with private bath has a king bed, flat screen TV and sliding door out to the pool. Bedroom #2, also on this level has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors out to the pool with full bath just across the hallway. Both bedrooms shared access to a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The large oceanfront swimming pool (heated for an additional fee) is privately hidden away from passerby's view by the lush landscaping. A few steps up from the pool is the oceanfront sunning deck with Adirondack style chairs.

The second level of this home has a large living room, TV/DVD, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Laminate and tile flooring span this level. A large sliding glass door off the living room leads you out onto the screened-in porch that runs the entire length of the house. Your oceanfront view from the porch is spectacular!

Bedroom #3 has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding door out onto the screened-in porch and shares the full hall bath with Bedroom #4 that has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share access to a renovated hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast. Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
