  • Dit 3e verdieping appartement aan de oceaan slaapt maximaal 6 personen met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, twee tweelingen in slaapkamer 2 en een woonkamer slaapbank. Met dekken uit de woonkamer en slaapkamer, genieten gasten die in Ocean One 307 verblijven van een panoramisch uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en de witte zandstranden. Na uren in de branding spoelen vakantiegangers onder de buitendouche op het privéstrand van het complex en duiken vervolgens in het zwembad aan de oceaan. Ocean One heeft een gloednieuw grillgebied toegevoegd aan het complex net buiten het zwembad.
    Ocean One is een liftgebouw met vijf verdiepingen in South Forest Beach. Ocean One is een van de voorzieningen die op het hele Hilton Head Island worden aangeboden, op een steenworp afstand van de strandmarkt van Coligny, een schilderachtig centrum met een breed scala aan restaurants, winkels en amusement voor alle leeftijden. The accommodations were exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Great access to the pool, beach and dining. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we loved it! The unit is within walking distance to Coligny Shopping Center and a Piggly Wiggly. The unit is definitely bigger in person than the pictures show! We were pleasantly surprised and was very comfortable with more than enough space for our family. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans, plates, and a Keurig! Nice balcony off the master and the balcony off the living room had a great outdoor seating with nice views of the pool and the beach. Unit is very close to the elevator so it's easy to get in and out to the beach and pool. The condo (Ocean One) is very close to a restaurant/bar so expect to hear live music until 10 pm. That wasn't a big issue as Hilton Head has quiet guidelines at night. We didn't have any issues with parking and usually went out in the late/afternoon/evenings for dinner.

The dishes were filthy. Incredibly sticky. I dont see how anyone would not notice them. The washing machine made a terrible loud noise. We had to unplug it while not in use.The dryer (rusty on top), washing machine and dishwasher needs replacing. The twin beds in the second bedroom need replacing. Loud and squeaky when turning over wakes an individual up. The whole place needs a little paint. Couch not comfortable, furniture (couch and chairs) need replacing look worn. One of the chairs does not have a roller on it. It will stratch the floor if moved. Guarantee it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great--very clean upon arrival, everything was in working order, no unpleasant issues. The pool was sparkling clean. It has a very nice bonfire setup, great grills, absolutely beautiful view. The only drawback (and it's not this property's problem) is the hotel (?) next door has a pavilion that has live music almost every night from 5-10pm. If you're looking for a quiet evening on the balcony, that's not going to happen. But if that's your jam, it's a free ticket! Would recommend this property and will definitely return.

Direct oceanfront and the view was great! Close to Coligny, shopping, and restaurants. There was construction going on next door which was a little annoying with noise. The unit itself needs updating in every way. The couch is brand new but not comfortable at all. This unit is nice for a couple of adults and no more than 2 small children as the furniture in living area is worn out other than small sofa. It was clean so that made it easier to look past the outdated everything. It definitely needs some TLC as the walls (and bathroom door) had areas of paint being torn off and never repaired or repainted. I would not recommend to a friend unless all they cared about was the view.

Bad experience but handled well

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started with an AC unit that wasn't working. We called immediately and they sent someone out that day but still didn't help. We did the same thing the next day with no results. It just wasn't working. We decided to leave after only a few days bc we had a baby that wasn't sleeping, etc, upset people that had driven 25 hours to be there. I have to say that management handled it the way I expected and refunded most of our money. Possibly, these units need to be inspected more often and maybe before every stay. This was ridiculous. I still love this location bc it overlooks the beach and close to pool. I have no complaints about the unit itself. It was nice-just a bad experience with the AC.

The unit is very nice and quite comfortable. The only minor improvements suggested are to repair the water flow in the primary bedroom bath and to replace the fry pans/skillets in the kitchen. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Needs help

Location = great. View and access to the beach was great. Cleanliness = poor. Kitchen, bathrooms were not clean nor were the utinsils/plates in the kitchen. Bathrooms - both were in very poor condition. Toilet in the guest bathroom was loose and could easily be moved around. Bathroom cielings were peeling.... and the medicine cabinet looked liked something had splattered inside. Bottom line = i've stayed in older properties... and have zero issues. This was poorly kept and older. For the price would consider some updating or general deep cleaning.

Not the best experience.

Outdated! Will not rent the unit again. The property is in need of renovations. The ceilings are peeling. The balcony ceiling appears to have water damage. One of the coffee pots is rusted. The fabric furniture needs to be updated. Visible stains.
