« Needed an inexpensive no frills roof over my head for one night. Was provided exactly what I needed, with the convenience of being downtown Austin. Happily, I traveled on a Sunday with free on street parking. Only thing missing from my room was a mug for morning caffeine. Glass cups were provided, as was an electric kettle. « The apartment was set up nicely for 2 couples. Nice sized kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms very spacious and restrooms very clean and spacious. They could provide more bath towels and wash clothes and pool towels. Only provided 2 per bathroom for 4 people staying a full week. Not enough toilet tissue either. No coffee maker was provided. We purchased a small one and left it there when we left. All in all very nice and very reasonably priced. »

« No internet to get on vrbo website to check in. No one to help us- no phone number to call! Owner ask trash be taken out however the dumpsters say they are not for trash. The condo was nice! The beds were very comfy! Location was good/ safe’. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. Great room and property amenities. The grocery store in the building is a HUGE bonus. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen it was awesome. The building itself is very quiet and safe. You can easily walk to the “dirty 6” the Main Street to get there is very sketch unfortunately we walked one block over and felt much safer. You can walk all over down to the bar bridge and the shopping area. We only used an Uber to go to the airport and Franklins BBQ. »

« Facile d'accès. Dans un super quartier. Proche de tout. Rien à redire...ou presque. Si il faut trouver un défaut : il manque une petite table et deux chaises pour pouvoir bien profiter du balcon. »

« Tout était parfait. J'y étais dans le cadre du festival SXSW. Cependant, le divan-lit n'est absolument pas confortable, je ne le considérerais pas comme un lit supplémentaire. J'ai eu à mettre le matelas par terre. Sinon, le lieu est parfait, la piscine et le gym sont très bien entretenus et la communication était très efficace. »

« We love this hotel/condo. We've been staying here several times and it never dissappoints. It is located right in downtown Austin, close to to all the activities, restaurants, and nightlife! We've stayed here since back when it was owned by The Guild. Kasa does a great job of keeping this amazing place available for guests! »

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'hôtel ! Un personnel de réception qui nous a fait un super check in avec plein d'informations sur Austin ! Une chambre spacieuse, propre et calme ! Le parking est très pratique ! La piscine est géniale même avec des enfants ! Le petit déjeuner est super ! Et le restaurant sushis est pas mal :)"
