« Spotless accommodation, well stocked and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, Tastefully decorated, with touches of a Scottish Theme. Attention to detail excellent, welcome pack and pet friendly with a welcoming pet goody bag. Fiona was an excellent host, with communications from booking to arrival. Central but quiet location. Stayed Hogmanay into the New Year and the cottage was decorated for the festive season. Nothing not to like, and would recommend and return to this quaint...

« This sweet gem was the accommodation highlight of our 3 week vacation in Scotland. Loved the location, a nice quiet area with a quick run into Portree for supplies. Super access to almost any destination on Skye. Liz has decorated the cottage so beautifully. Has very comfortable beds & all the comforts of home. We would highly recommend this cottage. »

« Lovely cottage with a fabulous sunroom. Everything was just as we expected. Well appointed tidy and warm. Area great for exploring with Perth and Stirling not too far away and NTS’s The Hermitage and The Crannog centre a nice trip over the moors. We’ve had a brilliant few days. Thank you »

« Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!).
