'I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away.'

'There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. '

'Lovely new boutique hotel, superbe location, very tastefully designed rooms and quick response to all of my questions and requests. The reso Bellini downstairs serves great cocktails and gourmet japanese italian fusion. I highly recommend, a great stay!!'

'This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel.'

'Front desk was very friendly and nice, the room was great and clean. We booked a Deluxed Studio room with queen bed: it has a medium size fridge, kitchenette, microwave, table and chair, own washroom and shower. It is like a mini studio apartment. Overall stay was good! The property itself is good, although it is small but it is secure. The building is not fancy like a 4 star hotel but if you need a night to stay it is good, clean and comfy. The shower is small but better than a shared...
