« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. « The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol »

« I checked in Sunday afternoon, went up to the room and hardly could enter through the door because it was so disgusting... the room was not clean, furniture is in bad shape, the bathroom had mold in the shower... the smell of weed was every where... i could go on »
