'Rooms were dated, small, toilet paper was like sand paper. No lotion containers, rooms smelled funny, Ac/heater ran all night when off button was pressed.'

'The hotel and staff were great. The pool was green and did not look safe to swim in. We also took a blanket out of the closet that was all frayed and looked like it should have been thrown away years ago. It was clean but did not look nice.'

'Under a remodel, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The Placery was a unique experience. Limited menu and not at all a restaurant experience. Morning breakfast was ready to go at 6am with great variety and surprisingly good coffee 😃'

'I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel.'

'Overall beautiful hotel and prime spot for our trip. We had spent the night in a room next to a screaming newborn and were moved. There was quite a delay in our move. They also moved us to a room where a structural beam took up a good chunk of our space. '

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'Nice property however, in our room wall or ceiling was a loose pipe that rattled when the room upstairs room ran water. Not bad during the day but annoying at night.'

'The bar inside the hotel was nice and had good wine and beer selection. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish the breakfast was included or it would have been nice if they offered a smaller breakfast vs. only the complete breakfast bar. Overall it was good and in a convenient location.'
