Villa's in Heikruis

'The rooms were perfect and comfortable, the staff are really helpful and nice they make my breakfast as take away what's really pleasure. Shuttle service are good but sometimes overfull'

'Schone kamer, goed ontbijt.

'Fine'

'Uitstekende kwaliteit/prijs verhouding.'

'The room had no air conditioning. After we complained, the hotel provided only a fan, which was not an adequate substitute. It was so hot that we could not sleep properly for two nights, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The bed was also extremely hard .The room offered very few basic amenities, there was no coffee, tea, or drinking water. Even the dining area did not have a microwave. 'Prima verblijf gehad. Zeer centraal gelegen.'

'I have been going to this hotel for the past 8 years. It is sad to see that it has not been maintained at all. The carpets need upgrading, the rooms need new paint, the washrooms have rusted mirrors, and the cabinets are all chipped. This is no longer a 5-star hotel. Also, the lovely breakfast buffet now has these horrible machines that do coffee and sludge water for tea, forcing the client to get their coffee/tea but delivering badly tasting water and coffee.
