I found a much better rented flat for less money in Westlake area. Read very carefully before you book this place also very hard to locate. »

« Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

« I booked this place for our last couple nights in Hanoi and was charged in full. The host never replied to any of my messages, did not provide check in details so I was left scrambling on my last day of holidays trying to secure new accommodations for my family and friends before we flew in to Hanoi last in the evening. I also spent money on having to call VRBO multiple times. This host should be removed from the platform. »

« The apartment is great as it is well appointed and has plenty of room seems to be not long set up. Check in is a security person at the basement who stays on site. One we got a jug to boil water we were basically setup. We enjoyed our stay there. »
