Upon arrival we were given our room key, pointed to the elevator, and that was it. No itinerary, no pool schedule no breakfast schedule. We asked when the complimentary breakfast was and was told from 7-11am. We came and went from the hotel a few times throughout the day and nobody ever cleaned the room. People were leaving beer cans in the hallway, drinking openly in the lobby (not the bar) and drinking in the halls/ elevator. We asked for more towels at some point and were givin a few more, and still…they didn’t take the old towels or make the bed. When talking to the front desk staff it always seemed like we were bothering them. The next day when we decided to go get the “complimentary” breakfast we asked about. We were handed a bill. After asking the waiters about this they shrugged and said it wasn’t included in our room. We did get a 20% discount on the food after asking about what we were promised multiple times. Unfortunately for the price we payed, we ate cold, chewy buffet food, with undercooked/ raw in the middle sausage. When leaving we told the staff how disappointed we were, which led to a discount on parking (1 of 2 nights parking was free) . Paying 28 dollars a night to park in a hotel where you are staying felt ridiculous anyway. This hotel has so much potential, but was a total let down.
