Half Moon Bay has one of the largest beach areas in the San Francisco Bay Area. The string of white sandy beaches offers incredible top views, unique tide-pooling, and coastal mountain views.



Guests access the entire home via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone numbers. Self-check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.

A sandy beach with waves for surfers, plus a tent & RV campground by the coastal trail. The house is a 5-minute walk to Starflower Village and is a short walk to downtown Half Moon Bay. An ideal base to explore Half Moon Bay.

You are a two-minute drive to the 1 freeway. This area is very walkable. Most errands can be accomplished on foot. It's convenient to use a bike for most trips.



Pet Fee and Rules:

Our standard pet fee of $280 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $150/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property.



Early check-in/Late check-out request:

Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.



Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.



Additional note:

The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 3 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $30 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 4.



Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
