« This house has a very good walkable location to restaurants, shops, ocean views. It is a large house which was clean except for the bathrooms were gross and outdated. We didn’t even want to take showers or use the tub because stained and very dated. There wasn’t even any actual bath rugs, just old carpet square that wasn’t washable. The exterior was in such a run down condition that we didn’t even use it. They do appear to be fixing things up as the kitchen was fairly modern. The overall...

« Good property parking limited didn't realize that the door to the duplex was in the. Rear, but not a problem. Once we found out, it was communicated that it was a duplex grounds in the back could have been manicured better, a lot of cracks in cement, basketball hoop was not on the ploe, there was a large gate that had to be moved to get to the rear and the washing machine dryer and ironing board was in a separate entry from my door outside. dwelling was clean. all of the basic needs available...

« Pros- The views are amazing! The place was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Cons-I didn’t appreciate the fact that the back patio furniture had to be re-covered each time you finished, it made the patio look ugly. And although the town was walking distance, the hill was very steep and not for the weak. »
