AMAZING COUNTRY RETREAT ON THE COVETED NORTH SHORE!! Enjoy creating memories with your family and friends at our favorite place in the world. Surf, hike, swim, snorkel, take in the rays!!! This private estate offers ocean views just up the hill from world renowned Sharks Cove!! Watch the big wave surf comps., or get out and join the line-up. Leave the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and come to the peaceful serenity of Oahu's North Shore. Ceiling fans in each room and amazing trade winds keeps our guests cool all year round. We are a three-minute drive to Sharks Cove, five minutes to Waimea Bay, and 15 minutes to Haleiwa Town/Turtle Bay. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our fruit when ripe! Mango, Lychee, Avacado, Soursop, Papaya, Banana, Cherry, Fig...all on tap! This is Hawaii at its best! 30-d, if you are having problems booking, please message us as dates don't often line up.

Oahu Beach/Back Country Getaway

Great location - close to the beach, but not too close. Loved that it was close enough to hear the ocean at night and in the early morning, but far enough away from the crowds to have plenty of peace and relaxation. The accomodations were as described and very comfortable. The host was responsive to our needs. I would definitely stay again.

Stunning Home Near Shark’s Cove

This home was a fabulous location for our kids’ first trip to Hawaii. It’s an excellent property for a large family or multi-family trip. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend the North Shore if traveling to Oahu for a more traditional feel than the visit city life of Honolulu and Waikiki. Do know that you will need a car to access the property—the road up is not walking friendly. Aloha until next time!

Perfect north shore locale

Exactly as described online. Clean, quiet, beautiful. 5 minutes to pupukea beach, sharks cove, and Waimea bay. Property has snorkel gear, beach towels, and beach chairs. Lack of a/c was a concern for some of our family but was never an issue. Screen doors and fans in all rooms were absolutely sufficient. Great place for those staying on the north shore!! If you want to see the rest of the island plan on a lot of driving.

This house was perfect for our stay on Oahu. It was comfortable, a beautiful large yard and plenty of room for all of us to have our own space when needed. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Oahu's North Shore. Mahalo!

Just great

We had the most wonderful stay in this truly amazing holiday home. The apartment is super comfy and the location is almost unbeatable. Rainbows in the morning, sun-sets in the evening, there is hardly anything more to ask for. The area is super quite and lot‘s of great beaches are just minutes away. Supermarket (Foodland) is down the road as well as delicious food trucks. If you come to the North Shore this is truly a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet retreat

Had a great stay in Pupukea. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well located: a few minutes up the hill from many beaches, grocery store, and food trucks. The road down to the beach is not walkable. The house itself was great! Plenty of beach equipment, towels, and snorkel gear. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and serving dishes. The beds are comfy, and there are plenty of towels. The only suggestion I have for the owner is that the 2 guest bedrooms need dressers. It was a bit of a drag having to live out of my suitcase for a week considering the cost of the house. It was wonderful coming home after a day of being a tourist to having our own quiet house, lanai, and yard to hang out in. I would absolutely stay there again!

We loved the house and the property. The other residents on site were very nice. Everything was as advertised and the location close to a grocery store made our stay much cheaper long run as we cooked almost every day with the amenities in the house. Thanks!

Perfect location!

Location was great! Short drive to sharks cove, which we did multiple days…food trucks close by! Great central location for all our adventures…no air but if you keep the screens open, great breeze. Comfy beds, great decor and a nice patio and backyard to move around in. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to vacation!

We enjoyed this home very much! The location, while a little more remote than we're used to, was gorgeous and lovely. We had 1 gorgeous sunset that was off the charts amazing! We left some buckets & beach toys for littles to enjoy. We were bummed about the hot tub in the listing that didn't actually exist. We'd definitely recommend this location to others.

The Perfect Spot

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything in good condition. The property is large with a lovely lanai with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed bananas and lemons picked from the many fruit trees. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a Foodland down the road. There are many nearby beaches. With young children, the Hale’iwa Beach Park was our go-to with a calm beach and playground. The property has lots of beach toys and life jackets for small children, but the best thing was a wagon that carried beach things and kids. Arriving everything was clean and we jumped right into our holiday. Alexander responded to my messages quickly.

A great slice of paradise!

We booked this property last minute as we were supposed to travel to Maui. With the fires that had started we adjusted our plans. This property was available and a great place to stay. Extremely clean and plenty of space for the 7 of us. The yard is expansive and we got to pick our own fruit. The owners were very responsive. There was no AC at the home but it was cool enough in the evening that it wasn’t an issue. The home is high up on a hill so we did need to take the car to go into town instead of being able to walk there from the property. Would rent here again!

North Shore Perfection

This property was perfect for our stay on Oahu. It was spotless on arrival. It had EVERYTHING PLUS MORE that we could need. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, beach towels, sun cream, additional fans…ceiling fans in all rooms. The views were amazing from the back patio. There were numerous varieties of fruit trees around the backyard that we were allowed to pick from. This place was very close and convenient to local shops and food trucks and beaches, but felt secluded and quiet. The owner was friendly and offered recommendations of where to eat! We would highly recommend it!! Loved our stay here!!

Great place to stay

Very nice and comfortable house for the 6 of us. The lack of AC was not a bother because there is a fan in each room and a couple portables. With the windows opened, it was sufficient enough for northshore Oahu weather in June. The backyard is huge with a lot of fruit trees. We were able to enjoy sweet papaya and mangoes we picked. Great sunset view. Breakfast Al fresco on the patio is refreshing. Well stocked with basic needs from laundry to kitchen to snorkels, surf boards, boogie boards, kids beach toys, floats, umbrellas, and chairs. The place is very clean. They even have a few cold water bottles in the fridge for us start with. Foodland grocery is just 3 minutes away. If you don’t feel like cooking, lots of food trucks nearby. The best for me is the proximity to Sharks Cove. I would go back to this property so I can explore it. Sharks Cove is like a huge open aquarium you snorkel at to see fish, turtles, and other sea creatures…no sharks unless maybe if you go farther and deeper.
