'Location is good. Lots of ants and insects in the room. Host was welcoming. But be aware of food cost. Ask price before ordering. We order seafood dinner for three. He made combination of fish, calamari, tiny crabs and few shrimp and charged 50 dollars(water for drink). We paid as we did not ask before eating. Then he came back and ask 800 rupees for driver’s break fast. We paid. A minute later he came for driver’s accommodation cost. At that point we said, NO. We stayed 2 weeks in Sri Lanka....

We have now 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and First Location we give 5 Stars Isuru Buildet a very Lovely Place there and is very helpful from breakfast to Dinner. 'Good hotel set back from main road.'

'We were extremely pleased with our stay at Pura Sanda Villa. We were a party of five adults (mostly women) and two young kids and we stayed for 4 nights. Our hosts were friendly, loving, attentive and respectful. The matron/owner Dissanayaka cooked breakfast and dinner at our request (for which we paid separately) and her dinner curries were the best we ate in Sri Lanka. 'Danu's homestay is the real experience. 5 star service with many smiles. If your looking for an authentic Sri Lankan homestay experience, this is it. Sigiriya is a beautiful little town and Lion Rock is a must do. Get up early to beat the crowds and heat. It opens at 7am. We hired a scooter but Charu the father will drive you if needed. The family are absolutely loving,kind and generous. Make sure you have dinner with them. One of the best meals I've had in Sri Lanka. Now for the suprise...
