'Room clean. Two a/c heaters per room. Large rooms full kitchen with most utensils. Bring can opener / bottle opener. Pool and hot tub open mid November. Right on a beautiful part of the beach. About 0.5 miles from city pier. Grocery store about 2 blocks west. Private balcony each room great sunset views for 3 floors up. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Good water pressure. Thank you for wonderful stay. '
