« Joe and Gina were excellent hosts for my 7 night stay at their newly remodeled rental property. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had a nice shower and a separate tub. Towels were thick and toiletries were provided. Kitchen area was well stocked with coffee pods for the Keurig and Gina had a bowl of fruit on the counter for me, including some fresh oranges from their tree! What a treat! The property is located just steps away from Lake Rouseau and about 5 houses from a public boat launching area....

« When we arrived there was a vehicle in the driveway that had no tags and took up most of the driveway thank goodness we were only 1 vehicle. No big deal we can get over that but then we go in and the place is dirty food crumbs in the fridge microwave was dirty bathroom mirror had tooth paste on it and the list could go on, his defense was he cleaned it himself and took the cleaning fee. No professional cleaner cleans here and definitely not sanitized to standards to protect you from other...

« From the outside could see the apartment front door was badly in need of a paint job and the window blind had some broken slats. Walking inside found the apartment very clean, bug free, and furniture was very acceptable but the apartment toilet, sinks, trim work, etc. need replacing. Not a great paint job on the walls. Don't believe the front door would stand up if someone tried to kick the door in. Put some running water in a glass and found it cloudy and unacceptable looking-so I wasn't going...

« There was nothing I liked. It had nothing to do with World Equitation. It was hard to find, couldn’t see the house number. It was raining that night and there was no suitable path to the door, I stood in mud at the entry. Only a sheet on bed, no blanket or bedspread. No toilet paper, no towel rack. Painting in room not finished. I left the next day and found other accommodations without any expectation of a refund. »

« Had a wonderful three night stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Loved just relaxing on the dock, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, and swaying on the hammock. Heated spa pool was wonderful, and great pizza just down the road. Hosts made check-in a breeze and every guest detail was given forethought and taken care of. Would stay again and our kids are thinking of doing the same with their friends. Perfect. »
