Overall my stay at the Mystic Marriott was very good. I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service that Kevin the Bell Captain ( Bag Service) provided. He not only was very friendly and helpful he went above and beyond to assist me. He highlighted how to navigate the property, restaurants and amenities. On the day of my check out I asked for a suggestion of a local seafood restaurant near the water with a boardwalk and he told me to go to S &P Oytster Restaurant and I must say that his recommendation was 10/10 Thank you Kevin for your help and kindness- you are a rock star ⭐️

Despite saying Mystic in the name the hotel is a 10 min drive away. The walls/adjoining door are so thin you feel like your neighbors are in your room. I heard the woman next door snoring and clearly heard their conversation. The beds are super soft and worn. You sink in so I barely slept. The pros are the staff were wonderful, nice lobby, spacious clean room.

Beautiful property... well maintained. Excellent front desk experience... Helmsman Restaurant staff attentive and great food... Olivia is a gem!...however their housekeeping in guest rooms leaves much to be desired. We ordered room service for breakfast... 2 children, 2 adults.... alerted front desk that one of the beds linens got some food stains... returned to room 5 hours later... beds were made, soiled sheet was still on bed, floor still had crumbs from breakfast room service.... I don't understand how a bed was made with visible food stains, clearly mentioned to front desk prior to our leaving for the day. Perhaps the expectation was too high... I don't sleep on soiled sheets, and food crumbs that are quite visible on a dark tiled floor should've been vacuumed or swept... overall the pool was lovely, lobby welcoming and clean.... but housekeeping is a major part of hospitality.... otherwise I would definitely have rated 5 stars....

We got this stay at a great rate for a night to go to a show at Mohegan Sun. Great hotel! Friendly staff! Only issue was that pictures suggested there’s a hot tub for guests and the hot tub has since been tiled over, leaving only the pool, which we weren’t particularly interested in. Also — if you dine at the Helmsman restaurant attached to the hotel — don’t expect a mimosa during brunch. Otherwise — a great stay!

Very clean hotel. Excellent spa and offerings. The only complaint is the noise level. The walls were thin and the television in the room above could be heard as well as anyone in the neighboring rooms or hallway. Would still stay here again.

Great experience with family. Indoor pool was perfect for kids. The food however was very expensive and the bed needs some updating. The service was good, and location was perfect.
