We invite you to stay in this updated, tranquil home in the perfect Greeneville location. This 3 bedroom, one and a half bath home is located within easy driving distance of Gatlinburg, Bristol, and Asheville. The entire house is yours to enjoy and can sleep up to 6 people.

This completely renovated home with modern aesthetics is designed with your comfort in mind. The open concept living area and kitchen have numerous windows which allow for an abundance of natural light, or you can start slow and ease into your morning with a fresh cup of coffee on the deck out back. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, coffee pot, range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, is a perfect place to prepare a family meal and then eat together in the adjacent dining area. You can enjoy watching your preferred streaming service on the 50` smart TV as Wi-Fi is available for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed cozy enough for Sunday brunch. The guest bedrooms with full-sized beds and a shared jack and jill half bathroom are equally as inviting. All of the bathrooms are fully stocked with extra towels and linens. A laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

At the end of the day, relax on the spacious deck and fire up the charcoal grill for your culinary delight.
**HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING** $250 Refundable Damage Deposit Pre Authorization taken at arrival, if booked by Airbnb/VRBO they will collect damage deposit/fines. A great deal of passion went into the design and decorating our home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we`re all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for your and others` future stays by accepting these rules before you book:

-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house. Discard butts in the garbage can. ($300 Fine for smoking indoors, $100 Fine for picking up butts)

- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. ($250 fine for bringing a pet inside)

-10 people max in a unit. (Fine of $200 applies if more than 10 people show up and enter the property)

-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The fee is to cover the expense of hiring our awesome cleaner to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow the easy check-out instructions we`ll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape. (If you do not follow the check-out instructions a $200 fine will result)

-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to `hide` it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.

-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you`re not renting a hotel room, you`re renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit and/or a fine of $250.

-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (Fine $150)

-EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last-minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. The same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
