'Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!'

'Check in was very easy and the house was spacious. The host left coffee pods, coffee creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner for our convenience, which was really nice. However, it was beyond dirty. '

'The house was clean and setup nicely. The house was close to the Kodak Theater. We stopped to eat breakfast at the Peppermill Restaurant. I highly recommend it. Thank you Jud for all your efforts for us to have a great stay. '

'Great location for a family reunion. Easy access to sites in Rochester and parks. Host was responsive and helpful. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool. Pool towels were provided. Only one connected bathroom so everyone else shares. Living and family room are large spaces.'

'We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)'
