The Space:

This cozy, updated condo at SnowPine Village is a year-round retreat set up for comfort and convenience. In the summer, guests can take advantage of nearby hiking trails, pickleball courts, and the patio with outdoor seating. It's the perfect home base for exploring Ellicottville and Holiday Valley.



The living area features a fireplace, a 65" Roku TV, and a portable A/C unit to keep things comfortable during the warmer months. Kick back and stream your favorites, or head upstairs to the loft, which has its own 50" Roku TV.



The galley kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, ideal for easy meal prep. The dining area features a table that seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. The main bedroom includes a brand new king mattress, and the open loft includes a queen bed and bunk beds, accessible via a spiral staircase.



A full bathroom and in-unit laundry complete the setup for a comfortable and convenient stay. Checking in is easy with keyless self check-in, and high-speed internet is included.



When winter arrives, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access with the SnowPine Lift right next door. A shuttle can also pick you up from the SnowPine Village parking lot and take you to the Holiday Valley lodge.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire condo.



The Neighborhood:

Located in SnowPine Village at Holiday Valley, the condo is right next to the SnowPine Lift with true ski-in/ski-out access. Use the lit trails to ski back to the unit at night.



Getting Around:

In the winter, put your skis on and hop on the lift—weather dependent, of course! The SnowPine Lift is right next to the condo, offering true ski-in/ski-out access. A shuttle can also pick you up from the SnowPine Village parking lot and take you to the Holiday Valley lodge. Ride shares are typically available on weekends. The condo is just a 5-minute drive to the Village of Ellicottville, where you'll find great restaurants, shops, and year-round activities.



Other Things to Note:

🚶 Stairs from parking lot: Steps lead from the parking lot to the building entrance.

🔄 Loft access: The loft is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase.

👶 Child safety: The loft may not be suitable for small children.

🅿️ Winter parking limit: Two cars per unit on weekends and select holidays. Parking passes provided.

🚗 Winter driving: A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in snowy conditions.



Holiday Valley offers year-round activities, including:

🏄 Paddleboarding & kayaking at Spruce Lake: Seasonal access through the resort.

🚵 Mountain biking & adventure courses: Offered by Holiday Valley with varying seasonal availability.

🎢 Mountain coaster: Operated by the resort and subject to weather conditions.

⛳ Golf: Available at Holiday Valley during the golf season.

🏊 Tamarack pools & cabana bar: Summer only; access is not included with the stay and must be purchased directly from Holiday Valley.
