'Excellent location in the centre of London with easy access to transport but just off the main roads so a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The building is fairly new with all modern amenities and the decor very tasteful. But what makes this hotel stand out, is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, Every member of staff we encountered, without exception, treated us as if we were not just valued guests, but actual royalty!'

'Most extraordinary hotel with perfect service ! In the center of London.'

'Grandioos verblijf.

Bushalte vlakbij. Rustige buurt. Geen geluidsoverlast gehad.'

'No issues. Good location.'

'Very nice stay. Reception feels a bit dark and cramped but compensated by the friendly staff. Received a room upgrade, rose petals and cakes surprise to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall nice hotel in an excellent location'

'One fifty Fenchurch is a little hotel that punches above its weight and mostly succeeds. It is amazingly quiet. The decor is pleasant and the lighting serviceable. Small design shortcomings do add up such as not really enough floor space to get round the foot of the bed without hitting the TV mounting, No outlets for the hairdryer with the two foot cord near any mirror and dishes and cups on shelves that a shorter person could never reach and a lack of space to keep two people’s luggage...

'We had a very nice stay at CitizenM. There was an error with the incheck at the beginning, they gave us a free drink and made it no problem to leave our stuff at the Hotel so we could explore London in the meantime. As soon as my boyfriend had a low blood sugar it was no problem for them to give us a chocolate bar as soon as possible, also for free. We wanted to give them a tip but they only can take cash, we didn't have that on us unfortunatly. The guy told us that it didn't matter at all...
