'Staff was great, rooms were comfortable, great beds. Nice walk in showers, good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was okay, coffee available all day. Location was good, I’d stay again. '

'Staff appeared confused as to how the hotel software works. Check in took at least 20 minutes and kept asking the same verifying questions repeatedly. Staff made a mistake with another guest by giving the hotel key to an occupied room. The room was missing some of its silverware and I found an unreturned key card in one of the drawers. '

'This was our second stay at the Holiday Inn at the Quincy location. Perfect location!.. there is a supermarket nearby that you can walk to. The hotel’s reception was friendly and courteous. The rooms and bed comfy. Breakfast was fine!.. it hits the spot if you want to grab a bite before heading out! Our stay was pleasant! We would stay again!'

'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'The pool was nice, but this 'hotel' in reality is a rundown converted motel. It's hot, it's dirty, it's rundown and the staff doesn't really seem friendly at all. Parking in this industrial area is $10 per night, which is insane. Dinner options are limited. Our room was on the highway side. It was LOUD. No proper sound isolation to speak of. Wifi just didn't work at all, bad reception and slow where there was reception.'

'My stay here was great. I was so surprised when I got into the room and saw that it was more spacious than I had thought it would be, especially for the low price. The bathroom was small, but it was private and all that I needed. The little kitchen area was great. There was even a hot plate that I could have used if I wanted. I've never seen that in any place I've stayed . I just lived it here.'

'Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. '
