'It is an older property but very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Slept well. Very low noise level. The hair dryer did not work.'

'1st Room floor was wet, as if from a leak. 2nd room they assigned, the bed seemed like a oversized cot and the linen had the smell of urine. I stayed the night and the next morning found out that the shower didn't work. These rooms were on the 1st floor, I have problems navigating stairs and they had no elevator. They offered to put me in another room but I declined, even though I won't be refunded any remaining monies! Advertising for this establishment was overrated!'

'I got 8 rooms, and every single one of them was dirty. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. This place should either be closed until the sanitation issues are addressed or investigated by the appropriate health authorities. I would not recommend staying here.'

He took it out twice in my account even the lady at the desk said I don’t know why you had two rooms reserved the same dates. I only hit confirmed once you took it out twice 402 and I believe 388 is so I need to be reimbursed because I only got one room you charged me for two I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone. I...

'Updated and clean. Furnishings are in good condition & updated. Lacks amenities like shampoo or any grab n go breakfast. There are 2 vending machines. Overall excellent condition for the price & location in Lancaster County. Polite staff. I would stay here again.'
