« Parfait pour un court séjour. Personnel très gentil. Notre chambre offrait une salle de bain privée, cependant elle était à l’extérieur de la chambre. Distance de 35 min de marche du vieux Portland. Le petit déjeuner inclus était un plus. »

« We traveled for our 25th wedding anniversary! We loved the history of the Blind Tiger!! Love the billiards room and the mix of modern and antiques! Our only suggestion would to be to add a fan for some air flow. :) »

« Location to the busy areas of Freeport is steps away from this quiet oasis. Very nice innkeepers and staff will be there to make your stay pleasant while allowing you the privacy of a hotel guest. We stayed one night on our way home from mid coastal Maine and enjoyed our stay. »

« Lovely house with great wraparound porch and gorgeous plants & trees. The lilacs, which I love, were blooming which was absolutely delightful - so aromatic and beautiful! The bed was very comfy and the view of the town and water was joyful. There's a lovely art gallery, used bookstore, and plenty of dining options nearby. A very sweet couple manages the inn and they're excellent cooks - Captain Sawyer's breakfast was beyond delicious - one day it was just me and they served huevos rancheros...

« We stayed at the Stone House for 3 days in July and had a wonderful time. Jane, our host, was great: kind and generous, friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfasts were deliscious and Jane accomodated my gluten free needs with ease. The house was immaculate, and quiet. Our room was very spacious and the bed soooo comfortable. We walked to Popham Beach and back for a lovely day at the ocean. We want to return!! »

« Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. »

« We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic! »

« This property was beautiful, comfortable and clean, centrally located but out of the main street crowds. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance so it worked out well. We would go back in a minute!! Carol is the ultimate hostess, and serves an amazing breakfast!!!! »

« We had a very pleasant stay for two nights at the Stonehouse Manor late season at Popham Beach. Our room had a beautiful view of the mouth of the Kennebunk River. In the morning we lay in bed watching the sun rise on the autumn colored hillside by Fort Popham through the large bay window. It was quiet. We strolled the expansive grounds with our coffee admiring the botanical variation particularly the huge old copper beech in front of the manor. A homemade breakfast of Rachels blueberry...
