« Great location. Dorm fridge was shin height and tiny. Just a single burner hot plate for cooking meals. Only enough counter space to make a sandwich on a napkin. Water wasn't warm enough to produce steam in the bathroom. Great for young people who haven't been around the block yet. Not so great for retirees. »

Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. »

« Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks! »

« Our stay was very good. I would consider being a bit more explicit about the 'state of heating' in the unit. We were generally freezing during the stay.. Done differently, I would have cranked the heat right when we arrived and then pulled it way down at about 8pm.That toaster is a fire hazard and is definitely broken. "De la fumée s'est dégagée du chauffage et a envahi la chambre de fumée Mon père et moi avons dû être ausculté par une ambulance. Nous avons été relogés dans une autre chambre. Il faisait froid dans la chambre mais trop peur de rallumer le chauffage et que le même problème se produise. Pas de couvertures en plus proposées. Il y a eu une doublure reservation, ils m'ont remboursés la réservation en trop dû au problème que j'avais rencontré. Mais à ce stade ils auraient pu carrément me rembourser le logement entier car c'était un motif pour les poursuivre en justice. Je ne recommande pas."
