Flats in Grand Lake

'I took my daughters for a weekwnd. First time for all. The condo is within walking distance to the lake and all the restaurants and shopping. Also we had a minor problem with a neighbor, and management handeles it immediately. We would stay here again!of us. '

'Most amazing view from the deck/seating area at a great elevation that allowed for great sunset/sunrise and overall views. Great sf. for the two of us. I bit hard to find the actual unit on the campus of condos. Wonderful location, quiet, close to town and entrances to Rocky Mtn. National park. Could have been cleaner, but I have pretty high standards of cleanliness. Steps up to unit where hard/slanted downward which made it a bit difficult to climb especially when carrying loads from car. ...

'Well laid out micro lodging. Was only there overnight, but had everything we needed. Water pressure was great and the hot water came right on - fed by a full sized hot water heater. We didn’t need the washer/dryer, but it was nice to know it was available if needed. '
