Flats in Grand Lake

'The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. Loved that it has a brand new washer and dryer, as we were able to clean our clothes following our rafting trip. TV works, great location, just steps away from the lake and 5 min from the park entrance. Coffee and breakfast place is attached to the building, was very good. Can’t wait to get back to Grand Lake.'

'While we had a little hiccup with the condo, I honestly believe it was a very rare circumstance and don’t think it’s even worth sharing. With that said, the property manager was incredibly responsive and made the situation right immediately. The condo was very clean. It’s located on the ground floor, just adjacent to the included parking spot, with a handy gate in the patio railing, allowing for easy access to your vehicle for loading/unloading. The kitchen is well stocked, with basic essentials...

'Instructions on finding the property was terrible. You need to include a map. Locating the rental was very difficult.'

'Decent place in grand lake,'

'Great location near the lakes and Rocky. Short drive to town.'

'Clear and fast communication, fully stocked space, easy of check in and check out requirements made for a smooth stay. We would stay here again!'

'Good stay'
