Endroit vertigineux
L’hôtel-appartement est situé au flanc montagne vertigineuse! 2 ascenseurs disponibles pour atteindre les terrasses des appartements, avec vue imprenable sur la bai de Puerto Rico, "attention" pour ceux qui comme moi qui souffrent de vertige. L'appartement attribué, est spacieux et propre avec tout les nécessaires. Un bonheur la piscine! Les bémols, mais c'est un "dysfonctionnement" local, lits séparés et internet très défaillant/inexistant.

juste ce qu'il faut, rien de plus !
Situé entre Amadores et Puerto Rico, cet établissement comblera ceux qui ne cherchent rien de plus que le nécessaire. Les appartements sont simples mais très fonctionnels. Points + : assez d' ustensiles de cuisine pour la vie de tous les jours, ménage irréprochable, pas de problème particulier pour garer une voiture, supermarché et restaurants très proche de l'hotel sans en subir les nuisances. points - : le ballon d'eau chaude est petit, très petit, trop petit. Convient pour une personne, pas plus ! Communication totalement inexistante avec la réception. Pas de réception à l 'hotel, il faut se rendre au Riosol. Vacances tranquilles ... sous le soleil !

Veldig slitt hotell.
Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. Hyggelige folk som jobbet på hele hotellet. Men hotellet er fryktelig slitt. Tror ikke det er gjort noen verdens ting av renovasjon der på de siste 30 år. Mye fyllerør og nattebråk på hotellet også. Kan funke for en som reiser alene. Men, ville aldri hatt med familien min hit.

No me gustó porque habia mucho ruido, personas haciendo fiestas a las 2 de la mañana y el personal de recepción no hacia caso, tuvimos que llamar 4 veces para que vinieran a llamarles la atención. Estuvimos 1 dia sin agua caliente, habian cagadas de ratón por los muebles de la cocina y muchas cucarachas. Lo único bueno fue el trato del personal de limpiezas, por lo demás, todo muy mal. De fianza te cobran 150€ cuando el apartamento estaba echo un asco.

Al llegar me pedían una fianza de 150€, la cual no aboné, dado que al realizar la reserva debes indicar los datos de la tarjeta bancaria y cabe destacar que en las condiciones de la reserva tampoco informaban sobre entregar una fianza. En el comprobante de la reserva, así como también lo indica la pagina web, la salida es a las 12:00, nos hicieron abandonar las instalaciones a las 10:00. En varias ocasiones intenté contactar con el alojamiento por teléfono y no fue posible, también les envíe correos electrónicos y nunca recibí respuesta. El personal de la recepción no es agradable con el trato al cliente.

Havde et dejligt ophold på Montepareiso. En ok lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt over Puerto Rico by og havn samt ikke mindst havet. Komplekset virker noget slidt og trænger til renovering, men samlet set et godt ophold med adgang til nabohotellets (RioSol) faciliteter

Helt ok for kort periode.
Flott resepsjon og bassengområde osv. men liten og gammel leilighet. Veldig enkelt. Langt å gå til rommet etter innsjekking og masse trapper. Tungt å løfte koffertene opp og ned. Hotellet ligger for øvrig helt øverst oppe i fjellene, tar cirka 17 minutter å gå ned til sentrum. Anbefaler leiebil. Ellers nydelig utsikt! Fin buffet. Rommet vårt var koblet til en nyere hotell avdeling, det trakk opp hele opplevelsen.

Vi fikk rom med morgensol. Helt greie leiligheter. Men kunne trenge en oppussing. Ingen form for såpe i leil. Det eneste som var rett ille var stanken på utsiden!! Det var i tillegg dopapir i trærne og det luktet ordentlig sterk kloakk

Pequeños cambios para mejorar
El apartamento realmente tiene una ubicación de lujo, para lo que cuesta está bien, pudieran actualizar el mobiliario y por lo menos poner unos ventiladores en la habitación y ajustar el costo de la habitación de acuerdo a los cambios positivos, lo salva q al frente hay un Hiperdino expréss si no no podrían cobrar mucho, si lo recomiendo pero también recomiendo invertir un dinero para mejorar las instalaciones, la piscina buena pero le falta actualizarla. Otra cosa importante es que deberían bajar el precio por los puestos de estacionamiento por día para q sea más accesible y si colocan una cafetería en donde está la recepción para ofrecer unos bocadillos y café y por supuesto unas cervezas les genera un dinero adicional interesante. El baño está impecable y muy bonito, se ve que le hicieron esos cambios recientemente, si lo recomiendo, y si volvería a ir.

OBS OBS !!!!!
Bodde på hotellet i 14 dager. Fikk først et rom der det krydde av småmaur på bad og kjøkken. Solen forsvant på terrassen klokka to på dagen. Kjøkkenet var svært dårlig utstyrt. Vannkoker i uorden og det manglet bestikk, nedslitte senger. Klaget på dette i resepsjonen. Ble derfor tilbudt et annet rom som var bedre utstyrt med litt mer sol. Men her fikk vi oss en annen overraskelse. Vi var langt ifra alene i leiligheten fordi det krydde av små og store kakerlakker på bad,kjøkken og soverom. Etter mitt syn burde hotellet blitt stengt og helsetilsynet koblet inn.. Betalte over 17000 kr for 14 dager. Vurderte underveis å finne oss et annet og bedre hotell, men valgte å fortsette å bo der å ikke bruke dyrbar tid til å få i stand en bedre løsning.. Lurer på om Hotels.com vil ta ansvar for dette skammelige tilbudet de ga oss.

Dear Magne, Thank you for your review of Monte Paraiso Apartments. First of all, we would like to offer our apologies for the inconvenience you had with some cockroaches in the Apartment, but as you surely noticed, Monte Paraiso Apartments are surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers, gardens and as we do not like to use strong polluting poisons against the nature, yes sometimes they manage to get into an Apartment. Though we can understand that for any visitor from a colder country, cockroaches can be rare and exotic creatures, it would be well-nigh impossible for any accommodation in the Canary Islands to guarantee the absence of them as they are endemic of this subtropical area. However, any Hotel that scores well in the reviews will be bound to have a good spraying programme and the only time you'd be likely to experience problems is if the spraying is about to be redone. Our Sprays and programmes have improved vastly over the last 10 years and there are fewer problems nowadays within our premises, although there are as many cockroaches on the island. Please note that though evidence of cockroaches is a sign that the spray is no longer keeping them at bay; it says absolutely nothing about whether a Hotel is clean or dirty. Vi vidste vi kom ned til en lejlighed af ældre dato. Toilet og bad var i fin stand og med stik til el artikler i rummet. Køkken/al rum var ok der manglede dog skærebræt i køkken. Køleskab med lille frys et stort plus. Sovesofa med udtræksseng under til ungerne fungerede fint. Fin lille terrasse med morgensol og til hen midt på eftermiddagen ( i januar) dog kun et bord og 2 stole derude. Negativt: komplekset er meget lydt og der kan høres alt fra naboens tv til musik fra omkringliggende diskoteker. Poolen er ikke opvarmet og faciliteter (Pools) på det samarbejdende nabohotel hvor man checker ind hotel Riosol, må ikke benyttes

Staff were excellent very pleasant and helpful. However long wait and queues to get into restaurant spoil the dining experience. They would not let you in until they went away and set a table. This happened with every group. As a consequence of the long wait often the coffee machines were switched off at 10 even though we had been waiting. Just a twerk of the system woul make it much more pleasurable.

Awful. Firstly if you look at reviews from 2018 people complained about wi for at hotel. Answer was working on it Guess what we never got wi do for 7 days asked reception. Same answer so it’s a con you won’t get any WiFi at all When walking from reception to room area it’s full of cats and stinking of cat p... cleaning ladies very polite and helpful Pool clean and has safety people. Small very small like away from main pool.

Første kvelden ble vi møtt av kakkelakker på soverommet, lite hyggelig. Sa i fra om dette, fikk insektspray,men det hjalp veldig lite.. sofaen i oppholds rommet har sett sine bedre dager,måtte ha vaktmesteren til og snekker den sammen. Synd vi bodde dær i fjor. Blir nokk desverre ikke flere ganger.
