'Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...

'Large shared kitchen with excellent facilities. Single bedroom had plenty of space and in the back of the property so quiet. Doors are noisy when they close. Could have done with a bedside table and hook on the back of bathroom door for towels. So tiny things would make it perfect but this was a great place to stay.'

'Ligging is prima. Omschrijving op de site klopt niet. Er is geen ontbijt inclusief. Tevens is er geen personeel in het hotel. Je mag inchecken en daarna mag je het uitzoeken. Ontbijt is ook niet meer verkrijgbaar. Er is geen personeel in het hotel aanwezig om uit te checken. Erg vreemd. Tevens mag er wel wat beter met de hygiene omgegaan worden. Ook was de staat van veel zaken slechter dan je mag verwachten van een hotel.'

'Very friendly guest house - I was welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. I only stayed for one night as the Hilton Leeds (my usual place) was full. The room was small but tastefully decorated. The lounge is really nice with comfy seats. The breakfast was very good quality and well cooked. The whole experience was very relaxing and only 20 minutes from the city centre. Recommended.'

They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay.
