'Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. '

'Excellent 👌. Big, warm, clean and super easy to stay at. If you want to go somewhere with no restrictions, i.e. hotel, then this is the place to go. In the perfect spot of Swansea, it's ideal for a family, a couple of just by yourself. Try it, you won't regret it. '

'We absolutely loved our stay at The Peak! Sarah responded quickly. After our stay we thought we had forgotten something (which we found later) but Sarah was helpful then too by asking cleaners if they found anything. I love the fact that dogs are allowed, and the Afan Valley views are absolutely gorgeous! It has all the amenities of home (including a private washer/dryer) which is really nice! Thank you for the wonderful experience and we do hope to check out the Cornish peak one day 😃. God...
