'Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich, liegt an einer ruhigen Straße und hat eine Aussicht aufs Meer. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden.Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirmen und zusätzlich eine elektrische Markise als Sonnenschutz. Es sind ca.10 Min. bis zum Strand, die zunächst bergab führen. Die Besitzerin Lucette ist eine sehr nette und freundliche . Dame. Wir können das Häuschen weiterempfehlen.'

'Prachtig huis, heel veel ruimte. zonder problemen kunnen hier vier kinderen en zes volwassenen verblijven. Duidelijk is wel dat het huis van eigenaar is gewisseld en er nog wat zaken moeten worden aangepakt. wij waren hier de tweede week van september, prachtig weer en veel gebruik gemaakt van het heerlijke zwembad.'

'We stayed at this apartment over the summer as a family. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive—and the neighbor was especially helpful (as the owners were away). The sea view is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable.We did face a number of issues during our stay, though they were resolved promptly. 'Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. 'Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und korrekt. Die Ausstattung, besonders der Küche, ist super! Das Haus ist blitzsauber.Das einzige was man anmerken könnte, ist, das das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört.'

'Appartement zeer klein. Met 4 personen heel moeilijk om te verblijven. Huis is dringend aan opfrissingswerken toe. Schimmel te zien aan airco en ventilatie. Veel andere zaken die kapot zijn. Zeer kleine badkamer. Het geld dat men betaald voor deze woning is deze niet waard.'
