Alice House - the apartment with the terrace

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator in a building situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from the noise of cars, restaurants, and bars, making your vacation comfortable and relaxing.

The apartment is modern, fully renovated, and equipped with air conditioning, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The property consists of a bedroom with a double bed (a crib can be added upon request), a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

There is a spacious private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and small sofas, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains.

As you can see from the photos, the house is functional, well-maintained, and well-distributed.

The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from the seafront and close to beach facilities, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a bus stop, a supermarket, a bakery, an ice cream shop/pastry shop, and more.

Please note that the price does NOT include the tourist tax, which is €2 per person per day and must be paid upon arrival.

At check-in, guests must provide a valid ID.

For monthly stays, there is an additional cleaning fee of €30.
