'The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well.'

'I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. '

'L’hôtel est bien situé, tout près d’une station de métro, dans un quartier tranquille et résidentiel. L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver car il est situé au 5 ieme étage d’un immeuble, son entrée passe inaperçu, sur Google Maps notre point de repère était le modern packaging. Nous avons dû faire quelques aménagements à notre chambre et les gens à l’accueil ont été rapidement en mode solution, ils sont tous très aimables et toujours souriants. 'Prettig ontvangst aan de receptie, waarna de koffers naar de (ruime) kamer gebracht werden. De kamer was ruim met een schitterend uitzicht op de Nijl.
De airco (enigzins lawaaiig zorgde voor een fijn klimaat op de kamer. De bedden zijn uitstekend. Het ontbijt is goed met heel prettig personeel.

'Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht.
Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings könnte der Service an manchen Stellen etwas professioneller und schneller sein. Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber man sollte keinen Luxus...

'All staff are extremely friendly and service minded - worthy of a 5-star accomodation. The rooms are a bit tired, although comfortable. Bathroom small - if you are over 1,80 you will not be able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.
Hotel is beautifully located and the gardens are an absolute pleasure to spend some warm evenings enjoying a drink or waterpipe. '

'The hotel is very well located in Cairo and has a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and they also had typical Egyptian specialties. The 3 restaurants are super tasty and we recommend the Grill enough! The room service was also on point. The only downside were the noisy events on Friday and Saturday until late at night.
